AWARD winning building company Country Living Homes has been celebrating its 10th birthday.
CLH director Mark Ravenscroft said it has been a rapid 10 years of growth for the business, which now compromises an integral part of the CLH Group of Companies.
"We could not have thought of a more perfect way to kick off the celebrations then by winning multiple awards at the 2016 HIA-CSR South Australian Housing Awards," Mark said.
"The company won three awards in their three nominated categories and adding prestige to this is HIA noting the exceptionally high number of nominees of the highest of standards that were presented in award's history.
"The company won an award for best lightweight construction housing using sheet or board materials and was awarded commendations in the country builders and custom built award category $400,001 to $550,000."
Country Living Homes was also ranked among the 10 largest builders of South Australia and 92nd in Australia by the HIA-Colorbond Steel Housing 100 Report in 2016.
The report ranks Australia's residential builders based on the number of homes they begin each year.
"For a country builder to rank 10th out of all builders in the state is an outstanding result," HIA SA executive director Brenton Gardner said.
Mark said the award's recognition is testament to CLH as a whole including immediate staff, tradies, suppliers and employees.
"It's a team effort to build quality homes all over South Australia," Mark said.
"Adding to the 10th birthday excitement is the introduction of MarkBuilt Homes specialising in quality brick-veneer homes.
"CLH Group of Companies has been well known for lightweight construction in Country Living Homes, and to now become diversified and offer brick veneer homes through MarkBuilt is an exciting time for the company."

A proud history and still growing
COUNTRY Living Homes was born in 2006 after Mark Ravenscroft recognised a need for lightweight and transportable construction on Yorke Peninsula.
Since then the company has rapidly expanded and travels around the state, including Adelaide, to provide its services.
The company prides itself on its high-quality building product at an affordable price, while offering quality country-style customer service.
