Country Living Homes are excited to welcome experienced Sales Consultant Luke Naylor to their Sales team, joining Luke Pridham who has now been with the company for approximately 18 months. The company is excited to boast two, experienced and professional Sales Consultants in their midst. It is an exciting time for Luke Naylor to join the company, as the company has also recently launched the new plan “The Northway Skillion”. The plan emphasizes the exciting visual opportunities light weight construction presents, utilizing three different types of cladding – James Hardie Matrix and Linea and Mini Orb.

Country Living Homes were excited to be part of the 2011 Paskeville Field Days on the 27th, 28th and 29th September.

Located at Site 620A Moonta Road, the company proudly displayed a constructed cabin sold to North Shores Tourist Park. Interestingly, the cabin was transported the day after the Field Days ended to the Tourist Park.

Country Living Homes are thrilled to announce the opening of their new two storey Display home at The Dunes on the day of their 5^th Birthday.

The Grand Opening and Birthday celebrations will be held on Sunday the 13^th March from 12pm – 4pm with a free sausage sizzle and mini golf putting competition for the kids.

However, if you want a sneak peek at the display it will also be open on Saturday the 12^th March from 1pm – 4pm.  

The two storey plan known as The Cooper is located at Lot 152 Saint Andrews Drive, The Dunes, Port Hughes, and will be open 1pm to 4pm every day (except Saturdays) from the opening. Country Living Homes are proud to finally open and display their quality constructed product. Director Mark Ravenscroft explains “we are excited to open our first two storey Display Home on such an important milestone as our 5^th birthday as a company”.  The Display Home is also currently for sale with an attractive lease back opportunity for investors.

Country Living Homes are excited to be sponsoring the SACA cricket associations state-wide country Twenty20 cricket competition in season 2010/11.

To be known as the Country Living Homes Country Twenty20 Champions Cup, one club team from each of eight regional zones will compete in a knock out competition with the grand final scheduled to be played on Adelaide Oval on Sunday 6 February 2011.

Country Living Homes placed all the names of their clients who signed contracts for a new home in the months of July & August in a random draw that occurred on the 23^rd September, to find a winner for the trip to Fiji Promotion. Adele & Grant Keheler were the lucky winners and will be heading to Fiji to sit on the beach with Pina Colada’s in their hands. The prize includes flights and 5 nights’ accommodation for two to the tropical paradise island; Fiji. Managing Director Sandra Paddick from Kadina Travelscene explains Adele and Grant will love Fiji as “they stroll on the glimmering white beaches, snorkel and kayak the oceans, whitewater raft and trek the rainforests”

On the 22^nd of August ETSA held a Ambrose Golf Day as a fundraiser for the Cancer Council. Country Living Homes were one of two major sponsors for this event.

The company also provided a golf team on the day. Although the golf team were not overly successful in the final results they looked the part!

Participants in the golf day were Operations Manager - Brett Richards, Construction Manager - Jerry Love, Executive Assistant - Emma Ward and Finance Manager - Katrina Allen’s partner, David Allen.

The CLH team were grateful for Katrina’s contribution of her golfing talented husband for the day!
